For the eager to learn home cook, you can actually experience one of our live workshops for yourself! Inspired by her Maltese ancestors and being a passionate chef by trade, the Pastizzi Lady believes food is a way of living and that the ancient skills are a privilege that needs to be preserved.
With a pollution-free mission and dedication to revive regenerative farming methods that have been almost lost, she is committed to keeping old traditions alive through our food for the generations to come.
